Safe Home KC provides home safety modification and installation services for seniors in the Kansas City metropolitan area. All services are subject to an initial in-home safety assessment and a written proposal with itemized pricing.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing provided on this website represents estimated ranges. Final pricing is determined after an in-home assessment and provided in a detailed written proposal. Payment terms for projects over $5,000: 25% deposit upon agreement, 50% at start of work, and 25% upon completion.

Licensing and Insurance

Safe Home KC is a licensed contractor in Kansas City, MO and Johnson County, KS. We carry $1,000,000/$2,000,000 general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Warranty

All installation work performed by Safe Home KC is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on products and equipment are passed through to the client. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Safe Home KC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All work is performed to applicable building codes and ADA standards.
